(1) Basic and other training as prescribed by the Government of Nepal should be given to the employees working in the service as per the need. International relations, bilateral and multilateral negotiation and agreement drafting skills, international law, economic diplomacy, international trade, international studies, international security strategy, climate change and international languages, etc. p>(3) Government of Nepal will make appropriate arrangements for studies and training related to various subjects of international relations, office management, etiquette, diplomatic customs and international language for the gazetted employees of the service at home or abroad.

(4) The employees working in the service The ministry will update the details of studies and training conducted in the country or abroad.
